About WillisKa

WillisKa handbags and unique products are small batch artisan-made, designed and crafted to have the smallest impact on our environment while maintaining the highest standards for quality construction. It has always been important for my brand to give back to Veterans, firefighters, and other first responders by donating a portion of all sales to organizations that make a positive impact in their lives. Most recently, WillisKa has made donations to Freedom Alliance, National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, and Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Responsibly sourcing components from other U.S.A. made small businesses, using the U.S. postal service for all delivery of WillisKa products, and working from a home studio (I call it studio19) are some of the ways I reduce WillisKa’s carbon footprint. By upcycling retired fire hoses and felting wool from tattered sweaters, WillisKa helps keep materials out of the landfill.

I started WillisKa handbags and unique products because I was frustrated I could never find a handbag or shoes that I liked which were made in the U.S.A. I had been a longtime customer of many U.S. brands and realized very few were still producing all their products in the U.S.A., and I could tell the quality of the product had been compromised and I was annoyed.

I hope WillisKa will continue to grow, while staying true to it’s core beliefs and values. I hope people will continue to understand the value of “slow fashion” and buying less but buying well made.

I will continue to jump for joy every time a WillisKa product is ordered. Guaranteed!
